Hi , I’m Kaylene — the artist behind Spoiled Rotten Beauty . 🤍 I’m a Licensed Cosmetologist specializing in long nail extensions & hand-painted , hand-sculpted nail art . While intricate , artistic sets are my signature , my work is always guided by you — your style , your mood , your energy . Every set is custom , intentional , and designed to feel like an exact reflection of who you are . Nails are my passion and my creative language . I see them as a meaningful form of self-expression rooted in authenticity and individuality . The most beautiful sets are created when you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are . This is a space dedicated to you and your nails , where creativity and care meet with intention . In my chair , you’re invited to fully indulge in the experience . My space is calm , welcoming , and intentionally curated for your comfort . You’re meant to feel at ease , fully present , and free to relax while every detail is handled with care and precision . CANCELLATION POLICY
Client Policies Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with proper notice. Rescheduled appointments must take place within 14 days of the original appointment date. Any additional reschedule requests will result in the appointment being canceled, and a new deposit will be required to book again. Same-day cancellations will forfeit the deposit and incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the booked service. No-Shows Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 80% of the booked service using the card on file. A new deposit will be required before booking another appointment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be subject to a $15 late fee or need to shorten or reschedule their service to avoid impacting the next scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may also be subject to a cancellation fee. Guests & Children To maintain a relaxing, one-on-one experience, appointments are reserved for scheduled clients only. Please refrain from bringing guests or children unless previously discussed. Nail Prep & Removals Please arrive with bare nails whenever possible. Existing product removals must be selected when booking to ensure enough time is reserved for your appointment. Nail Art Nail art is priced separately and varies based on the design’s complexity. If you’d like nail art, please include it when booking so enough time can be reserved. Service Adjustments If you experience lifting, chipping, or another issue related to your service, please contact me within 72 hours. Adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund Policy Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not offered on completed services. If you have any concerns, please reach out so we can find the best solution together. Health & Safety For the safety of everyone, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill or experiencing any contagious symptoms.
